Titolo’s latest collaborative project is an edition of the Diadora Intrepid. The pastel based design will launch at Titolo on the 27th of May.

Diadora and Swiss Premium sneaker retailer Titolo collaborate on a fresh, juicy Intrepid. Given the italian roots of the store’s three founders, Titolo looked at Italian wedding almonds as a source of inspiration. These fancy, sugarcoated candies are rich in flavour and have a cultural meaning. They symbolize five wishes for the Bride and Groom which are health, wealth, hapiness, fertility and longevity. Fresh almonds also have a bittersweet taste, which represent life; the sugarcoating is added with the hope that newlyweds‘ life will be more sweet than bitter. The colours of the different almonds are reflected in the choice of the colour composition. The use of premier class materials such as super soft premium suede, the perfect interplay of form and colour, result in a both unique and immediately striking sneaker.
