No stranger to translating acclaimed artwork on to its sneakers, Reebok adds to the tradition by working with the artwork of Keith Haring.
Teaming with the Keith Haring Foundation, Reebok has crafted the Classic Leather Mid, NPC II and Classic Leather.
[The] collection features bold, luxe materials and color executions. Fabrication and detail such as chenille applique, flow molded icons, jacquard underlays, removable die-cut components and the use of high-density screen printing and direct embroidery present an adventurous interpretation of Haring’s works, consistent with his characteristically daring and energetic designs.
The collection includes an interpretation of Haring’s Barking Dogs on the Classic Leather Mid, which features a mismatch colorway with the left in yellow and the right foot in blue.
Haring’s Radiant Baby also makes an appearance in the range, placed on the heel in chenille.
Look for the collection to debut on the 31st of January through Boston based Bodega with a global release at select shops on the 14th of February.
