Air Jordan

Last year, Jordan Brand rolled out the Air Jordan 12 “Wings” and to much hype, the shoe flew off the shelves and filled up the carts.

This time around, the Air Jordan 1 will be getting the “Wings” treatment. The famous photo of Michael Jordan’s wingspan is making its way to Jordan’s first shoe.  The new version decorates the historic shoe in a gold-like finish, perpetuating the shoe in an almost statuesque look. The distressed leather is paired with an icy sole that reads “Wings” on the bottom. The wingspan logo is placed on the tongue and back of the shoe for a finishing touch.

The Wings Program benefits nonprofit programs that benefits educational programs for children. With that being said, expect these to be very limited. More on the release on these shoes will be coming soon.
