Air Jordan

By Paige Bray on December 31, 2016

2001 was a great year. Jay-Z dropped Blueprint. Apple released the iPod. Even better, Jordan Brand released the “Columbia Blue” version of the Air Jordan 11 low.

Slightly different from the ones that dropped in 2001, Jordan Brand is releasing a newer version of the classic. Rolling with the “University Blue” colorway this time around, we see a much brighter blue that dons the patent leather. Paying homage to Michael Jordan’s alma mater, University of North Carolina, the new colorway bears the Tar Heels colors. The sneaker is finished on an much icier outsole.

With the recent drops we’ve shown slated for 2017, Jordan Brand is adding on to the roster by unleashing these in the Summer.
