The Pea Coat is a timeless piece of outerwear originally worn by sailors. And although the jackets style first appeared in the early 19th century its look remains constant today.
The classic sailor jacket has drawn obvious inspiration by vans in the creation of their latest release of the Chukka. One of the kicks comes in a navy / black colorway and the other in grey / black. The kicks are constructed in wool and feature a strap on the side panel with a nautical inspired button. Both are now available at Paris based Colette.
