On October 10th 2009 Vienna was the focal point of sneakerculture for one day.
Sneakerness made its way from switzerland across the boarder to Austria's capital city and with them they brought people from all across Europe, Great Britain, USA and even South Africa.
The expectations were quite high but without any doubt Sergio Muster, founder and organizer of Sneakerness, was able to meet them.

This weekend the reinvented Nike Zoom Tiempo released in four color combos, representing four cities and four riders. The pack, which has been created for city cycling was tested on a trek from London to Paris by seven riders from around the globe. Nike documented the experience, and here is a look at what happened along the way.

Saturday, September 5th, 2009 | Posted in Nike SBWith Nike SB Omar Salazar Pro Model getting its initial release in March 2010, the wait is long. To wet your appetite for the sneaker we have a video of Salazar introducing the sneaker along with designer James Arizumi.
The kicks in terms of design take inspiration rockets and space travel. The kicks are the first sneaker to feature Flywire technology, which can be seen on the heel. Flywire not only reduces the weight of the kicks but also increases their heel lock, to keep your foot secure.
The kicks also have a number of nice details like removable cushioning on the tongue and pull tab on the heel.

For the collection Scott used symbols and colors that are commonly associated with Africa. Video director Nabil Elderkin, who has worked with both Common and Kanye, took on this concept to show off the collection. Check out the video.
