Velcro strapped sneakers were once reserved for the elderly and kids who had yet to learn to tie a shoe. The strap can now be seen on numerous styles and brands. We recently posted the Converse Jack Purcell Low "Velcro" by Ian Ginoza.
Today we have a look at the Converse Jack Purcell Mid with four velcro straps in a black patent leather construction. You can now find them at Ubiq.
This year we have seen the release of three colorways of the Nike Blazer AC Lows with velcro straps.
Now we have a look at the Nike Blazer AC High. The kicks feature velcro straps in place of laces and come in a varsity red colorway with black accents.
No word when the sneakers are scheduled to release, but we will keep you posted.

Nike continues to experiment with its classic sneakers, replacing laces with velcro straps, suited for geriatrics and hipsters alike. Earlier this the Air Jordan 1 Low Velcro released and now we see a Nike Blazer Low AC Velcro in a grey colorway with purple accents.
The kicks will release soon at select spots in South East Asia and no word on a release outside the region.
