The last time we saw cow print on a sneaker was in the summer with the release of the adidas ZXZ Felt x Kuzuki, which are part of his adidas Originals by Originals collection.
The cow print makes its return on a two pack of Vans in a brown and white color combo in a pony hair on leather build. The collection includes both the Vans Sk8 Hi and Vans Slip-On. Both pairs have released in Japan and are available at Mischief.
Vans has a knack for creating sneakers with interesting cartoonish prints, whether they be Monkeys or Elephants. Vans has now teamed up with the Kings of animation, Disney. The Disney Store Japan has styled the Vans Sk8 Hi in black suede on the front of the kicks and the side panels in canvas covered in multi-colored Mickey Mouse silhouettes. The kicks can now be found in at Disney Japan shops.

With winter season of sneaker releases upon us, we have seen numerous sneakers release with both physical and stylistic enhancements that give a boot like look and feel.
Vans has just released a three pack of the Vans Sk8 Hi in a leather build with metal eyelets. In addition to the metal eyelets and boot like laces the sneakers feature boot like colorways with kicks coming in black, beige and burgundy. The sneakers are now available in Japan at ABC Mart.
Pro skater Jeff Grosso has hooked up three pairs of Vans sneakers for its fall / winter 2009 collection. Each sneaker is constructed with a mix of leather and suede. The kicks also feature detailing on the inner-sole and tongue.
The Vans Sk8 High comes in green leather with black suede while the two remaining pairs feature black constructions with minimal green accents.
The Vans Sk8 Hi, Vans Sk8 Mid and Vans Era are now available and can be found in the UK at flatspot.
In May we gave you word that Vans hooked up with "Counter Culture" cartoonist Robert Crumb. One of Crumb's most iconic characters, Mr. Natural's image is gracing the Vans Sk8 Hi. The kicks come in white base with Mr. Natural giving his words of wisdom on the side panel. The midsole reads Mr. Natural in red lettering and the Tongue also features the characters image. The sneakers are now available in Paris at Colette for 80 euros.
Here is a look at a newly released style of the Vans Sk8 Hi LX, which is part of the Vans Vault 2009 Fall collection. The kicks come in a black colorway constructed in both wool and leather. You can find them now at shops that carry Vans Vault footwear.
