This Week in Kicks / Volume 19

New Sneaker Releases

This week we saw the release of two Nike Air Force 1 Lows. the Eddie Cruz Nike West Air Force 1 Low and a Nike Air Force 1 Low in reptile embossed navy leather. Both kicks are definitely premium in terms of build and design.

Also, this week two Air Jordan models released in Europe this week, the Air Jordan 12 "Rising Sun" and the Air Jordan 1 High Strap "Voltage II".

Overall this week was really hot in terms of new sneaker releases, which also included:

The nicest sneaker release of the week was the Nike Air Penny II “Copper”, which is one of nicest colorways of the year.

This weekend saw the release of four city themed Nike retro basketball sneakers. The four sneakers included the following:

This week we got a look at a new version of the Nike Dunk High x Cassette Playa. The sneaker looks very different from the original version. It has been speculated that there will be only one Nike Dunk High release from Cassette Playa, which would be a shame because first pair has a better look.

This week say a number of noteworthy sneaker releases. The biggest of the bunch was the second round of the adidas Rod Laver Consortium pack. The pack included entries from Solebox, D-Mop, ACU, Wood Wood, Goodfoot.

Sneaker Previews

This week we learned that the release date for the Air Jordan 11 "Space Jam" had been moved from late November to right before Christmas.

This week word dropped that Stockholm based sneaker shop Sneakers N' Stuff was working New Balance on 10th anniversary RGB pack. The pack includes the New Balance 577, 1500, and 1700.

New Sneaker Releases

In terms of Nike Tier Zero releases, four sneakers released to the most select sneaker shops this weekend.

The initial release of the Nike Dunk High AC released in two colorways this weekend, with one in grey and the other in black.

The Nike All-Court released this weekend into minimalist styles designed by Japanese tastemaker Hiroshi Fujiwara.

As this week saw the beginning of a new month, the Nike SB September 2009 sneaker collection released. The selection included a third colorway of the Nike SB P Rod 3 and a nice mix of the usual faces including the Nike SB Stefan Janoski.

This Week in Kicks / Volume 14

This week DJ AM Adam Goldstein passed away, which spurred a wave of sadness from the sneaker community. Though I have never met DJ AM its a sad day one anyone passes away at such an early age. RIP DJ AM.

The biggest release in the United States this week was the release of the Nike Hypermax "Tennis Ball" Pack.

Other than that this week saw the release of a few low profile sneakers. Not that the kicks are whack but they were not hyped. Here is a noteworthy select few sneakers that just released this week.
