Project Blue Foot x Air Jordan | Design Competition Winner
Thursday, November 5th, 2009 | Posted in Air JordanThe winner has been announced for the Project Bluefoot Air Jordan design contest. And the winner is...Tom Matic. Jordan Brand design gurus D'Wayne Edwards and Jason Mayden judged the entrants and had some very interesting constructive criticism.
Mayden and Edwards stated that the designs focused too much on the back story of the design as opposed to trying create real world innovation. The judges wanted to see some modification work with tape and ripped up kicks mixed with some ideas for improvement.
To have a look at the finalists check Project Blue Foot, with commentary on each sneaker. A must read for design-heads.

Both sneakers in the pack are inspired by the motorcycles used the Michael Jordan Motorsports team, which are styled in a white and black elephant print.
Today, we have a look at the Jordan Six Rings from the pack photographed alongside the Suzuki American Superbike.
