As expected at the initial release of the Nike Hyper Dunk “McFly” at Undefeated in Santa Monica California, Kobe Bryant showed up as a special guest. Kobe showed up in style an old school DMC Delorean paying homage to The Back to the Future film, which inspired the colorway of the kicks. The first ten people in line after a wait of over 24 hours got to meet Kobe and get his autograph.

Here is the Nike Hyperdunk Olympic series, which features 8 kicks representing 8 nations. Among the sneakers are those for Russia, China, Australia, Lithuania, and Puerto Rico. Also kicks country specific kicks for Spain, Germany and Argentina were made with Pau Gasol, Dirk Nowitzki, and Manu Ginobli respectively.

Yesterday at the Santa Monica branch of the LA based sneaker shop UNDEFEATED the Nike Hyperdunk x McFly x Back to the future released in limited numbers. The kicks will be making their way to other premium sneaker shops soon.

Teaser images of the upcoming Nike McFly Hyperdunks recently hit EU Kicks, now we have a better image to preview. The kicks feature a grey colorway with blue accents and a speckled mid-sole. No word on a release date.

The futuristic Nikes sported by Marty Mcfly in the Back to the Future 2 are the inspiration for an upcoming Nike Hyper Dunk colorway. The kicks will release in limited numbers later this summer however no set date is known. Check out a photoshop conception done by BP the Owner after the jump.

Chinese basketball star Yi Jian Lian will be rocking these Nike Hyperdunk PE editions during the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic games. The kicks come in a red, gold, and black colorway and feature Yi’s logo and number 11. The kicks are not exclusive to Yi Jian Lian they will be available in China and then they will make their way to the Footlocker House of Hoops in Harlem July.
