Nike Sportswear Dunk High x Cassette Playa | Available

The Nike Dunk High Premium by Cassette Playa has finally released as a quickstrike. The kicks are collaborative release between London based fashion label Cassette Playa and Nike Sportswear.

The kicks upper is constructed in black nylon with white contrast stiching, translucent plastic Swoosh, a nylon patch on the heel and Cassette Playa graphics on the tonge and toe-box. The upper rests on orange sole and comes with laces in red, black and neon. The kicks are now available at TGWO for 109 euros, you can also find them at other shops including 21 Mercer in NYC.

No word on a release of the other Nike Dunk High x Cassette Playa.

Nike WMNS Dunk High “Metallic Silver”

Nike Sportswear just released a Nike Dunk High in women's sizes as part of of its fall / winter 2009 collection. The kicks come in a metallic leather upper with the side panel in a netted material that shimmers. You can find the sneakers at New York City based Classic Kicks.

Nike Sportswear Dunk High | North Athletics

For the fall and winter 2009 season Nike Sportswear has divided many of its sneakers based on a regional rivalry pack. The highest profile releases have come from the East vs. West editions due to their association with sneaker game heavy weights. The North sneakers have been a little bit more low key both in terms of notoriety and design.

Today, we have a look at this Nike North Dunk High. The kicks upper is dominated by black leather, which is only broken up by anthracite felt on the heel and collar. The upper is contrasted with a white midsole and an icy outsole. The sneaker are now available and have landed at German based Purchaze.

Nike Dunk High Premium x Cassette Playa

We have known since this summer that London based designer Carri Mundane of Cassette Playa designed a pair of Nike Dunk Highs for the 2009 fall collection. Word has it the Nike Dunk High x Cassette Playa is releasing this weekend in Asia.

Originally, we thought that Cassette Playa only designed one pair of Dunks for the Nike Sportswear fall 2009 collection. Now we have a look at a second pair, which comes in a black upper resting on an orange sole. The upper features a clear plastic Swoosh, white contrast stitching, lime and hot red accents.

We will keep you posted when we have further information about the kicks.

Nike Sportswear Dunk High “Day of the Dead”

Earlier this month we got teaser look at the Nike Sportswear "Day of the Dead" pack. The pack includes a Nike Dunk High, Nike Dunk High and the Nike Air Max 90 "Dia de los Muertos".

Today, we have a closer look at Nike Dunk High "Day of the Dead" aka "Dia de los Muertos". The kicks in a black and purple colorway with orange and green accents. The kicks have a skeleton and bones design with flowers printed in black on the purple elements, which are stitched in orange. The insole also features a Day of the Dead skeleton design.

Day of the Dead is a Mexican holiday celebrated on the 2nd of November, which celebrates family and friends who have passed away in a very festive manner.

Nike 2009 Halloween Pack | Dunks & Blazer

Nike has once again embraced Halloween with a pack of retro basketball sneakers. On monday we got a look at the Nike Dunk High "Jack-O'-Lantern", which comes in orange with a ghoulish print.

The kicks are available in kids sizes, as are the remaining two sneakers from the Halloween pack. The Nike Blazer may be the freshest pair of the bunch in a black upper with a glow-in-the-dark foot skeleton covering the sneakers upper in green. Lastly the Nike Dunk Low comes in black upper on a red outsole with a glow-in-the-dark graveyard print from the heel to the side panel.

The entire collection is now available in kid's sizes at Los Angeles based Millennium.

Nike North Dunk High | JD Sports Exclusive

We just posted a Nike North Dunk High in black and maize colorway. The kicks feature a material mix of canvas and leather. Now we have a look at a second Nike North Dunk High with the same material mix and color distribution.

The kicks come in black with volt blue on the outsole, heel, Swoosh, and eyelet section. You can find the sneakers now in the UK exclusively at JD Sports.
