Last week we posted that the Nike Air Maxim 1 designed by Dutch artist Parra had released at select sneaker shops. Now we have a detailed look at the sneaker, which is the first collaborative release of the sneaker. The Nike Air Maxim 1+ x Parra is now available at SNS.

Parra styled the sneaker in a black upper with minimal red and blue contrast stitching. The shade of blue is also seen on the top eyelet, the striped laces, and the Nike logo on the heel. The kicks rest on a black midsole speckled in red and blue. The tongue features a logo for the "Lovely Loners", Parra's collection for the Nike Sportswear fall / winter 2009 collection.

Nike Air Maxim 1 x Parra | Now Available

Last month we reported that the Nike Air Maxim 1 x Parra would release in October. And today, the first day of October the sneakers are now available in Southern California at Proper.

The kicks are the the third colorway of the Nike Air Maxim 1 and the first collaborative edition of the sneaker. The kicks come in a black base with light blue and red contrast stitching on the upper with the same colors speckled on the midsole. The kicks also feature Dutch artist Parra's signature style artwork on the tongue and black laces striped in blue.

Nike Air Maxim 1+ Trainer ND "Chlorophyll" | Now Available

We first caught wind of the release of the Nike Air Maxim 1+ Trainer ND earlier this year. Today, the sneakers are officially in stock at German based sneaker shop Schuh You.

The Nike Air Maxim 1, which is an updated version of the Nike Air Max 1 is fused with the Nike Air Trainer 1. The kicks feature a suede, Flywire and mesh build in a mix of medium grey, black, and green spark colorway.

The kicks are part of the West Athletics side from the Nike East vs. West rivalry pack. The kicks are Nike+ ready and can be hooked up to your iPod to track your workouts. The sneakers are now available in Germany at Schuh You and at Shelta in Sweden.

As part of the Nike Sportswear Spring 2010 sneaker collection, the Nike Air Maxim 1 is again being reinterpreted. The Nike Air Maxim 1 Torch, which maintains the Flywire technology and adds a grid like skeleton under the mesh similar to the Nike Rejuven8. The mix of Flywire and Rejuven8 technology on the classic Air Max 1 silhouette is decrease weight and improve performance.

The kicks are expected to release in January 2010 in a black and varsity maize colorway.

Nike Sportswear Air Maxim 1 Trainer ND "Chlorophyll"

With many of Nike Sportswear's releases already hybrid or re-worked classics, the brand is now in a position to create hybrids of hybrids. And the timetable is shrinking for their creation. Just a few months ago the Nike Air Maxim 1 debuted, which is a reworking of the classic Nike Air Max 1.

The Nike Air Maxim 1 is now gearing up for a design transformation. The sneaker will now be fused with elements from the Nike Air Trainer 1.

The kicks take the Air Max 1 add Flywire technology to reduce the weight of the sneakers and then adds a strap inspired by the Air Trainer.

The colorway of the sneakers comes in in grey, black and white with green (chlorophyll) accents a reference to the original colorway of the Nike Air Trainer 1.

The sneakers are set to release at the beginning of October at shops with Nike Sportswear accounts such as Hanon.

Nike Air Maxim 1 x Parra | Release Date

After months of anticipation we can finally announce a release of the Nike Air Maxim 1 x Parra. The kicks are expected to release in the UK at the beginning of October.

The kicks are the third colorway of the Nike Air Maxim 1 and the first colorway to be created as a collaborative releases.

As an Air Maxim, the sneakers feature the infusion new sneaker technology including flywire and a lunar sole unit.

In terms of design, Dutch artist Parra used a majority black look with with red and sea green accents. The accents can be seen as speckles on the midsole, stitching on the upper and other touches from the tongue to the heel.

The kicks be stocked by various sneaker shops included Newcastle based End.

Nike Air Maxim Trainer 1 "Chlorophyll"

Here is a preview of the Nike Air Maxim Trainer 1, which is a hybrid that combines elements from Nike Air Maxim 1 and the Nike Air Trainer 1.

The kicks are constructed in a mix of suede and synthetic materials. Being an Air Maxim 1, the kicks feature an Air Max midsole and Flywire technology on the side panel. The Nike Air Trainer 1 influence is most visibly seen with the strap.

The kicks come in an iconic Nike Air Trainer 1 colorway that comes in grey, white, and black with chlorophyll accents.

The kicks are set to release later on this year. We will keep you posted.
