Here is a look at a 1 of 1 Nike Air Max 90 Custom in a mix of light blue and dark red on a white base. The most interesting element on the kicks is its checkered plaid table-cloth-esque design. The kicks were designed by J Goods Customs and being a 1 of 1 are not available for purchase.
We previously got a preview of this Nike Air Max Light exclusive to UK based JD Sports. The sneakers are now available for £84.99. The kicks come in grey, white, hot red and blue colorway constructed in a synthetic nubuck and mesh.
Earlier this year we got a preview of the Nike Air Max 1 “Lanceiro” created to celebrate the second anniversary of sneakers BR. After a long wait the sneakers are set to release globally on the 11th of July at shops such as UNDFTD.
The Nike Air Maxim 1+ is now widely available at such shops as Berlin based Overkill.
Seeing that Nike Sportswear’s directive is to take classics from the Nike archive and upgrade them with today’s technology, Nike has transformed the Air Max 1. The kicks upper is now ultra light thanks to the use of lightweight materials and flywire. The kicks are Nike+ ready and can be hooked up to your iPhone and iPod to monitor your running stats.
Paying homage to the originals, the Nike Air Maxim 1 initial release comes in Air Max 1 OG colorways sport red / neutral grey and royal / neutral grey.
Come September of this year, the Nike Air Max 2009 will release in a black, blue and grey colorway. If you can’t wait until september the Air Max 2009 in metallic gold colorway is set to release this month, at shops such as footlocker.
