Doernbecher Freestyle Collection x Nike Sportswear | Release

Nike has a long connection with the the Doernbecher Children's Hospital. Nike Sportswear has once again offered several children being treated at the hospital to design their own sneaker.

This year's offerings are very well designed and feature a very child like quality. The collection includes the much talked about Air Jordan VI (6) "Doernbecher" along with the Nike SB Zoom Paul Rodriguez 3, Nike Air Force 1 Low, Nike Air Zenyth, Nike Dunk Hi Skinny, and Nike Shox NZ.

The kids who participated in the collection include: Colin Callsen, Bradley Bowlby, Molly Martin, Anna Finley, Jordan Dark and Makayla Hansen.

Nike Sportswear's flagship shop in NYC at 21 Mercer will have the full collection available tomorrow, Saturday, the 14th of November 2009.

Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke "Space Jam" x Bun B

The Air Jordan 11 Space Jam is roughly six weeks away from officially releasing as a Jordan Brand quickstrike. Such an iconic release has the tendency of inspiring artists to create. Among the inspired is Texas based rapper Bun B who recently visited the Air Force 1 Bespoke studio at 21 Mercer in NYC, where he created with the mythic Air Jordan in mind.

The sneaker is built on a clear icy outsole with a black upper constructed in patent leather on the toe and heel tab while mesh dominates the rest of the sneaker. The sneakers black upper is minimally accented by blue on the heel tab and the lace loop.

Nike Air Force 1 Low Supreme x LIVESTRONG x Undefeated

Nike Sportswear's recent love connection with Lance Armstrong's Livestrong has just become a menage à trois with the inclusion of Los Angeles based Undefeated.

Undefeated has chosen the Nike Air Force 1 as the sneaker choice, which comes in Livestrong black and yellow. In terms of materials the sneaker mixes leather, canvas and houndstooth, which is seen on the toe, side panel, and eyelet area. The midsole comes in black and the outsole comes in yellow. The sneaker definitely targeted at riders as "ONYOURBIKEKID" is etched on the midsole.

Nike Air Force 1 Low "Sable" x SBTG | Varsity Bones

Singapore based sneaker customizer SBTG, will later this month release his latest reworking of the Nike Air Force 1 Low.

SBTG has dubbed his work the "Sable". The sneakers where created as a throwback to the style of Nike Dunks customized by SBTG back in 2006.

The kicks have a variety of details from its Gucci green and red lining on the bridge between the sole and upper to the purple leopard Swoosh and heel. The sneaker also features black denim material and green camo on the toe-box and side panel.

The sneakers are part of the Varsity Bones collection, which also includes the Nike Dunk Low "Black Mamba".

The sneakers will release on the 16th of November for $600 at Royale Fam.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low "Athletics East" by DJ Clark Kent released last week across Europe. People Stateside will have to wait until December to pick up the sneakers, which will release on the 19th. When the sneakers do release, you will be able to find them at footlocker.

Nike Sportswear Air Force 1 Low "Reptile"

At the beginning of October, the Nike Air Force 1 Low released in a in reptile style in Europe. The sneaker has now made its way to Southern California and is available at Proper.

The kicks are a nicely crafted pair of Air Force 1's, in a navy blue upper mixing smooth and reptile embossed leather. The heel tab is built in red patent leather, and touches of red can be seen on the midsole and laces. The kicks rest on a 0.44 gum outsole, which made for extra grip, a nice feature in these rain soaked months of fall and winter.
