Nike Dunk High x Cassette Playa

In early June of this year we gave you a preview of London based street wear label Cassette Playa's second collaborative sneaker with Nike.

Now as the Nike Dunk High by Cassette Playa is gearing up to release we have a second look at the kicks. Carri Mundane of Cassette Playa hooked up the kicks in a black base with blue, red and lime accents in a abstract design.

The kicks are notable as they seem to be an exception to the Nike East vs. West Dunk releases that are dominating the fall season.

The sneakers are set to release in Tokyo at atmos on the 26th of September. Expect to find them in Europe and North America in early October.

Nike Air Max LeBron VII "London" / "Tradition"

Just the other day we posted images from the opening of the House of Hoops London. At the event LeBron James was on hand with his Nike Air Max LeBron VII "London" as part of the "More than a Game" city pack.

Like the other sneakers in the pack the London pair comes in a white, green and gold colorway inspired by LeBron's high school St. Vincent St. Mary. The kicks represent tradition and feature images that represent teamwork. So there is no confusion London is on the heel printed in gold. The kicks have released and are available exclusively in London at the House of Hoops and Niketown London.

House of Hoops Europe: Opening in London / Paris

We recently posted that Footlocker's House of Hoops was expanding in the US. We then incorrectly reported that the sneaker shop was opening in Asia but that turned out to be a Nike Basketball shop.

Today we have some very exciting news about the shop that is known for limited and exclusive releases. The shop is opening in two European capitals. In London the shop will open on Oxford Street and in the Les Halles section of Paris.

For the openings House of Hoops Harlem is getting in two colorways of the Nike Hyperize based on the pro basketball teams in both Paris and London. The London Capital's pair comes in a university blue, black and white colorway while the Paris Levallois pair comes in a blue sapphire, white and sport red colorway.
