Here are three kicks created to mark four friendly contests in which the USA basketball team participated in, leading up the Beijing Olympics. Three kicks are included in the Nike Friendlies Pack, the Air Jordan Olympia Supreme PE for Carmelo Anthony, Nike Hyper Dunk PE for Kobe Bryant, and Nike Zoom Soldier 2 PE and Lebron James.

This coming Fall 2008 Nike will release two Hyperdunks made for Kobe Bryant. The Nike Hyperdunk Supreme Kobe comes in black/varsity purple-pro gold and white/pro gold varsity purple. Both kicks come out in October 2008.

Here is the Nike Big, which is set to release to mark the first NBA MVP award given to Kobe Bryant. The kicks will release as a hyperstrike with limited number of kicks available with fewer than 100 pairs available.

As expected at the initial release of the Nike Hyper Dunk “McFly” at Undefeated in Santa Monica California, Kobe Bryant showed up as a special guest. Kobe showed up in style an old school DMC Delorean paying homage to The Back to the Future film, which inspired the colorway of the kicks. The first ten people in line after a wait of over 24 hours got to meet Kobe and get his autograph.

If you are a Kobe Bryant and Laker fan, here is something special. All Star Vinyl, which is part of Upper Deck, will be releasing a very limited figure of Kobe. The figures are very limited with 1500 available in gold home colors and 500 in the purple away colors. The figures will go on sale the 24th of April at 8:24 am PDT at the All Star Vinyl website for $50.
