adidas Forum Mid "Plant" x Makoto Azuma

The adidas Forum Mid from the adidas Originals Consortium "Plant" Collection has just surfaced in Cologne at TGWO for 129 euros.

The collection design comes from a collaborative union of two Japanese artists Makoto Azuma and Kazuki Kuraishi. The kicks embrace minimalism in an upper and midsole completely in white except for the fairway green stem with the adidas trefoil leafy logo on the heel and tongue. The kicks plant theme is apparent from the dirt brown outsole, leaf textured upper and a grassy green insole.

adidas Originals "Plants" Pack x Kazuki x Makoto Azuma

Japanese designer Kazuki has placed himself as a key figure at adidas with his work on his own adidas Originals by Originals collection and his work on the Madsaki adidas Samba.

Kazuki has now teamed up with Makoto Azuma to created the Plants pack, which is part of the adidas Originals Five-Two 3. The pack includes the adidas Samba, adidas Forum Mid, adidas Superstar, adidas Stan Smith and the adidas Nizza High.

The kicks are minimalist, in white uppers with brown outsoles that represent the dirt and the insole is green representing plant life. Each sneaker's tongue features the adidas trefoil logo in green, which extends down as a leafy stem.

The kicks are expect to release this month.

Last month the adidas Originals Vulcanized Boot in leopard designed by Japanese designer Kazuki released. Kazuki has utilized the leopard print again, this time on the adidas Campus. You can now pick up the sneakers at Paris based Colette for 220 euros.

In June we got a look the adidas Originals Vulcanized Boot designed by Japanese designer Kazuki. The kicks feature an upper with a leopard print on a pony hair upper. The kicks are now available at UNDFTD shops online and around the globe.

Japanese Designer Kazuki has thus far dominated the adidas Originals by Originals fall 2009 collection. Here is a look at the Kazuki KBall styled by Kazuki with inspiration from past adidas sneakers. The kicks come brown leather and suede and contrasting blue accents. The kicks are set to release in August 2009.

adidas Originals by Originals Campus 80s x Kazuki x NEIGHBORHOOD

Japanese designer Kazuki has added his touch to several sneakers in the adidas Originals by Originals fall 2009 collection. Now we have a look at the adidas Campus 80s designed by Kazuki in collaboration with NEIGHBORHOOD.

The kicks upper is constructed of blue suede with black suede on the heel and white contrast stitching. Also of note are the pull tabs on the hell and tongue.

The kicks are set to release in August 2009 as part of the adidas Originals by Originals fall 2009 collection.

Adidas ZXZ Felt x Kazuki | Originals by Originals Fall 2009

Here is another animal skin themed sneaker from Kazuki for the adidas Originals by Originals fall 2009 collection. The previous sneaker was an adidas Vulcanized Boot in a Leopard print. This Adidas ZXZ Felt seen here comes in black leather upper with touches of blue, a net midsole, and well balanced use of cow skin print on pony hair. The sneakers will be available at select shops during the summer.
