Nike SB Paul Rodriquez 3 "Cinco de Mayo"

Culturally Cinco de Mayo is a holiday that celebrates Mexican heritage and like Saint Patrick's day is an excuse to party. To mark next year's Cinco de Mayo Nike SB has styled the Nike SB Paul Rodriquez 3 in Mexican national colors red, white and green.

Also next year the Nike SB will release in a matte silver, black and green colorway. Look for the sneakers to release around May.

Air Jordan 1 "Cinco de Mayo" Pack | Release

Cinco de Mayo is just five days away. The holiday has a military origin, marking the defeat of the French by the Mexican military. Today the holiday has transformed into a day of the celebration of the heritage of Mexican-Americans.

Also the day is a cross-cultral excuse to down Mexican Beer and Tequila and get buck.

The cultural relevance of the day is being marked by Brrand Jordan with the Air Jordan 1 "Cinco de Mayo" pack. The pack includes two Air Jordan 1's, one in white the other in black and both featuring subtle Mexican color accents.

You can pick up both pairs along matching t-shirts this saturday at shops that Air Jordans, such as Huf in San Francisco.
