As the Air Jordan 1 celebrates its 25th anniversary next year, the sneaker will be revamped as the Alpha Air Jordan 1. The sneakers old school air sole has been replaced with a Zoom Air unit from heel to toe for extra comfort and support. The upper has been remolded with minimal stitching and perforated materials. Four colorways are scheduled to release as part of the Jordan Brand Spring 2010 collection in January and March.

Last week we got our first look at the Air Jordan 1 "Leroy Smith", based after the fictional character who took Michael Jordan's spot on his high school varsity basketball team.
The colorway will not be confused with minimalist sneakers that recently become a growing trend. By combining purple strips on a purple side panel with a gold heel which extends to the top eyelets the sneakers already force the eye to look. The look is further developed with red on the collar and toe-box and black with gold stitching from the midsole to the eyelets.
The kicks are full of details and different materials, and are Leroy Smith branded on the tongue. Whether you rock these are not, its clear the kicks are unique and memorable. The kicks are now available online at city sole, with a wider release expected at the end of the month.
The Leroy Smith Air Jordan 1 quickstrikfe is set to release this month at shops with Air Jordan accounts. The kicks feature a unique blend of black, gold, purple, and red. In Japan the kicks will release on the 9th of October, however the kicks will release later in the month in other regions. Toulouse based sneaker shop Rice & Beans has just got in a stock of new Nike sneakers. In the mix are the Air Jordan 1 WMNS in pink and black, which we recently posted.
Also we see the return of the Nike Air Max Light, which has not been released in a new colorway in a month or two. The kicks come in a Miami Vice-esque colorway in white, green and red.
Also in the mix are two classic Nike runners, the Air Pegasus '89 in black / grey / white and the Nike Air Structure Triax '91 in purple / black / red.

Images of the Air Jordan 1 Phat Mid "60+" pack first surfaced this past July. The pack includes colorways of the sneakers inspired by four teams that Michael Jordan scored sixty or more points against. Those four teams include the Cleveland Cavaliers, Atlanta Hawks, Boston Celtics, and Detroit Pistons.
The first sneaker from the pack to release comes in a colorway inspired by the Atlanta Hawks. The kicks come in a smooth leather upper with varsity maize contrast stitching. The outsole, laces, tongue and Swoosh come in a popping red, with Swoosh constructed in a carpet-like material.
The sneakers are set to release in October at such shops as Los Angeles based Millennium Shoes.

In girl sizes, the Jordan Spizike comes in violet, medium grey and neutral grey colorway. The Air Jordan 6 will also release in girl sizes in a white colorway with pink, yellow and marine blue colorway.
Also in the mix are the Air Jordan 1 Alpha and Air Jordan 1 Phat in various colorways.
In April 2009 expect to see the:

Last month the Air Jordan 1 "Plum" released in women's sizes, a welcome release for women, as Jordan Brand releases for the most part come in men's sizes.
Today we have a look at another Air Jordan 1 in women's sizes. The kicks come in black textured leather and pink patent leather. The inner-liner comes in yellow and is covered in a contrasting black and pink design.
