The year that Big Daddy Kane released "Ain't No Half Stepin" is the same year that adidas released the ZX 8000. Coincidence? No. The classic adidas runner is the perfect piece of footwear to keep your foot in full step with the Torison support system.

adidas is taking us back to '88 with the release of the ZX 8000 in its original colorway. The kicks blend an aqua blue base with yellow and purple accents. On Halloween the sneaker released at 160 shops in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. In Dusseldorf you can find them at Schuh You.

adidas Originals by Originals x David Beckham

Over the last few days we got a look at the adidas Originals by Originals Fall Collection by Jeremy Scott and Kazuki Kuraishi, both of which have released.

English football star David Beckham has also contributed to the adidas Originals by Originals Fall 2009 collection. Beckhham was aided in the creation of the collection by James Bond known for his work with Los Angeles based shop UNDFTD.

In the mix in terms of apparel is a pair of beanies and leather track jacket.

The sneaker collection features the adidas Official Mid in several colorways including black on black and white in white. The adidas Official Mid comes in premium leather and is David Beckham branded on the insole.

Besides the Official the David Beckham collection also includes the adidas ZX 8000 in three colorways. The kicks are constructed in mesh and in premium leather or suede.

The collection is now available at select sneaker shops including Cologne based The Good Will Out.

The ambitious Adidas aZX project, which brought together sneaker shops from around the globe. Now we have a look at the final sneaker from the collection created by Jacques Chassaing and Markus Thaler the designer and craftsman behind the ZX line. The kicks are super limited with only one pair distributed to each of the 22 collaborating retailers.
