With many of Nike Sportswear's releases already hybrid or re-worked classics, the brand is now in a position to create hybrids of hybrids. And the timetable is shrinking for their creation. Just a few months ago the Nike Air Maxim 1 debuted, which is a reworking of the classic Nike Air Max 1.
The Nike Air Maxim 1 is now gearing up for a design transformation. The sneaker will now be fused with elements from the Nike Air Trainer 1.
The kicks take the Air Max 1 add Flywire technology to reduce the weight of the sneakers and then adds a strap inspired by the Air Trainer.
The colorway of the sneakers comes in in grey, black and white with green (chlorophyll) accents a reference to the original colorway of the Nike Air Trainer 1.
The sneakers are set to release at the beginning of October at shops with Nike Sportswear accounts such as Hanon.
