Nike Air Max 90 ‘Aztec’

Nike Air Max 90 'Aztec'
What is the story with these Nike Air Max 90’s?  Some have labeled them as “Oscar de la Hoya, but this seems to be false, as no link between the golden boy and kicks exist other than the fact that De La Hoya has Mexican roots and the shoe has an Aztec symbol on the back.  Some have claimed that these are samples that were supposed to release with the Aztec pack but never did.  ATAR1 a NT mod reported that just released last week in Hong Kong.  Any more info on these please comment.
