Taipei based sneaker shop PHANTACI has teamed up with Nike to create this pair of Nike Air Max 1’s. The kicks the created has been tagged The Grand because of its design drawing inspiration from a grand piano. The collaboration also produced a full grain leather jacket. The kicks are not scheduled to release.

[...] Shown here is yet another collaboration by Nike, this time with Taipei based sneaker shop PHANTACi. They have been dubbed The Grand because they were actually inspired by a grand piano. They feature a predominantly white upper along with pink, gold and black accents. The white portion is reminiscent of the ivory piano key while the black and white shoe laces are also inspired by the keys. The collaboration also produced a full grain leather jacket.
