But Parkour and Freerunning are a mix when doing one or the other so you can practically say they are the same so get more info first

Free Running and Parkour are nearly the same thing. Some say that Parkour is getting from point A to B quickly and Free Running is going anywhere but doing tricks and stuff. They are most definitely not opposite. Watch Jump Britian, Sebastian calls the sport both of them equally.
