The sun soaked southern french city of Montpellier hosted “Le Festival International Des Sports Extremes” over the past weekend. The festival attracted amateurs and professionals alike from around the globe to compete in Rollerblading, Skateboarding, BMX, and Wakeboard events. The festival is a must see for fans of extreme sports, with a friendly local crowd mixed with an interesting international vibe. Admission is free and food and beer are cheap. Mark your calendar for May 2009.
