The Nike Dunk High “Be True” City Pack is releasing this month. One of the cities honored with a shoe is the Big Apple, New York City. The kicks like all of the kicks from the pack come in a black colorway with a gum sole. What make the New York edition of the Dunks are its touches of green. You can pick up one of the limited 86 pairs at Nort in NYC on the 9th of February 2008.

Apparently Nike has reserved these Dunk Highs for the young, rich, and sexy. The kicks were made for the Grammy Music Awards and come in black leather, white ostrich, and a gold metallic cracked leather. They will release this coming Sunday the 10th of February at Fred Segal in a spot where the Hollywood cats chill, Melrose.

Saint John’s University Basketball team is included in the “Be True To Your School” pack by Nike. The pack, which pays tribute to early years of the Nike Dunk and its association with college hoops is part of the Nike Vintage line meaning the kicks feature a distressed look with yellowing sole and other used “look” touches. This pair comes in white and red colorway, the Saint John’s University colors. You can pick these up at Sold Out For 110 euros.

The Nike Dunk High in a University of Michigan Colorway of navy blue and yellow is now available at Sold Out. The kicks are part of the “Be True To Your School” collection and are vintage. The kicks feature a used sole, distressed leather, and other touches which mimic a vintage pair of kicks. The kicks are available for 110 euros.

The 2008 Summer Beijing Olympics are just around the corner and Nike is gearing up for the events. Nike is honoring several Chinese medal winners from past with sneakers.
