New Jersey based skate shop NJ Skateshop has created a Nike SB Dunk High as part of the Nike SB July 2004 collection. The sneakers definitely have a US flag inspiration with red and white stripes on the collar. We will keep you posted with further information once it becomes available.

Nike SB Blazer x Huf x Converse “Chucks” | Release Reminder

Last month we previewed the Nike SB Blazer Mid Canvas designed by Huf in a style inspired by the Converse All-Star Chuck Taylor.

If you have not been keeping track the sneakers are set to release tomorrow Saturday the 7th of November 2009. If you are not in Los Angeles or San Francisco, you are out of luck because they will be exclusively available at Huf LA and Huf SF.

We will keep you posted if the sneakers see an eventual wider regional distribution.

Here is a look at the Nike SB November 2009 sneaker collection. Of the sneakers included, we have posted previews of all of them except Nike SB P-Rod 3 in blue and black.

The collection as a whole is very strong with sneaker in colorways, which range from straightforward classic looks to interesting thematic designs.

Nike SB Dunk High RESN “Gucci” | Germany Release Info

The most anticipated Nike SB release in recent memory is slowly nearing. The Nike SB Dunk High RESN “Gucci” is set to release as a quickstrike as part of the Nike SB November 2009 sneaker collection.

In Germany, the release is set to release on the 16th of November at select shops with Nike SB accounts.

In Berlin, Nike SB will release the sneakers via a Pop-Up Store with a full on ceremony.

Greenhill, Wind-Sports, Pivot, Partizan, and Goodstuff are also among the German shops that will also receive a stock of the sneakers.

Nike SB has presented a very strong line up of Dunks for the last two months of the year. We have already posted the Nike Dunk High “Bloody Gums” and the Nike Dunk High “Gucci” from the premium third quarter collection.

Today we have a look at another hot year end release, a Nike SB Dunk High created in collaboration with Skate Mental. The kicks come in a suede brown build with blue accents with the toe is made of off-white leather. The kicks are part of the Nike SB December 2009 sneaker collection and now available for pre-order at ccs.

Nike SB Dunk High Premium “Gucci” | November 2009

Next month as part of the Nike SB November 2009 sneaker collection, the Gucci Nike SB Dunk High is set to release.

The sneaker is an updated version of the Nike SB Dunk High “Gucci”, which released in scarce numbers back in 2005. The updated version maintains the basic elements built in a mix of denim and leather, though the 2009 version does not have frayed denim. The colorway is of course directly inspired by Italian fashion label Gucci and its trademark green and red colors. Word has it that the sneakers will release as a Quickstrike.

Last month as part of the Nike East vs. West Rivalry pack, the Nike Dunk High “Gucci” designed by DJ Clark Kent released to shops with Nike Sportswear accounts.

We first got a look at the Nike SB Dunk Low “Un-Hemp” earlier this year. A blend of suede, hemp and leather forms the sneaker. The hemp elements come in off-white, the suede portions of sneakers are predominately colored in orange with hints of red on the heel. The black Swoosh is constructed in leather while the outsole and inner-lining come in brown. The sneakers are part of the Nike SB November 2009 sneaker collection, and will release next month.

Back in August we posted a preview of the Nike SB Dunk High “Bloody Gums”. Now we have word that the sneakers will release next month as part of the Nike SB November 2009s sneaker collection.

The suede upper is colored in a blend of red, blue and white respectively representing blood, toothpaste and teeth. The upper rests on an icy sole, which features an image of some unhygienic gums.

Nike SB Blazer Mid Canvas “Chucks” x Huf

Last month we got a look at the Nike SB Blazer “Converse Chuck Taylor”, constructed in canvas in a style guided by the iconic “Chucks”. Initially when word broke that the sneakers had been created, it was assumed that they were samples never destined to release.

As it turns out the sneakers will release in both black and cream colorways. The kicks were created in collaboration with San Francisco based sneaker shop Huf. The sneakers are co-branded, with Nike on the tongue, heel tab, and heel while Huf can be seen on the heel tab label.

Two interesting Converse Chuck Taylor touches are the metal eyelets and logo on the heel of the midsole.

Huf also created some apparel, which will release with the kicks including caps, t-shirts and a jacket.

The collection is scheduled to release on the 7th of November 2009 exclusively at Huf Los Angeles and the two Huf locations in San Francisco.

The Nike Blazer SB Premium “Blood Splatter” from the Nike SB October 2009 collection is now available at sneaker shops. The kicks come in a white base with metallic silver on the Swoosh and toe of the heel. The toe-box and eyelet area are colored in cream with red accents on the heel tab and inner lining. The side panel is what defines the sneakers, with a blood splatter effect reminiscent of Dexter Morgan. You can find the sneakers now at NYC based DQM.

Last month we previewed several sneakers from the Nike SB October 2009 sneaker collection. Today, we have a complete look at the official releases for the Month of October 2009.

Among the sneakers we have already seen are the Nike SB Blazer Premium “Aquamarine / Electro-lime”, Nike SB Dunk Low “Green Spark / Hoop Orange”, Nike SB Dunk Mid “Royal Blue”, Nike SB Dunk High “Brain Wreck” in a mix of pavement grey, neutral grey and pink colors, and the Nike SB Zoom Classic in black and red.

Also releasing this month are the Nike SB Zoom Tre AD “Grand Purple” and the Nike SB Blazer Premium “Blood Splatter” in seasonally apt colorway for Halloween in white and metallic silver with red splattered in a fashion to fascinate Dexter Morgan. Check your local skate and sneaker shops for availability.

Nike SB Dunk High “Brain Wreck”

As part of the Nike SB October 2009 footwear collection, the Nike SB Dunk High “Brain Wreck” is set to release as a quickstrike. The kicks are really nicely constructed in grey suede and grey leather on the Swoosh. The toe-box and the tongue come in pink as a nice contrast to the grey. On the left heel it reads “Brain” and on the right it reads “Wreck” with the lettering in white.

The kicks are set to release on the 9th of October in Minneapolis at Familia Skate Shop, which will matching gear to the kicks including a skate deck.

Nike SB Blazer “Converse Check Taylor”

The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star is an icon in both the basketball and fashion world. Given the sneaker’s status, it has been a design inspiration for many sneakers that followed it.

Recently, the Nike Dunk High Autoclave released, which takes design cues from the Converse Check Taylor with its canvas upper, metal eyelets and vulcanized sole.

Apparently Nike SB has also taken inspiration from the Converse Chuck Taylor in this reinterpretation of the Nike Blazer. The Blazer is constructed of black canvas like the Chucks with metal eyelets and other references seen on the sole and heel.

The sneakers are a sample, with word that these will ever be seen at sneaker shops. Thanks to Mental Kicks for the images.

Earlier this week we posted the Nike SB Dunk Mid in a royal blue colorway that is part of the Nike SB October 2009 footwear collection. Now we have a look at a second dunk release from the October releases.

This Nike Dunk Low SB comes black suede with green spark leather on the toe-box and side panels. The kicks also feature hoop orange, golden yellow, and purple accents.

Culturally Cinco de Mayo is a holiday that celebrates Mexican heritage and like Saint Patrick’s day is an excuse to party. To mark next year’s Cinco de Mayo Nike SB has styled the Nike SB Paul Rodriquez 3 in Mexican national colors red, white and green.

Also next year the Nike SB will release in a matte silver, black and green colorway. Look for the sneakers to release around May.

The transition from the Nike SB P-Rod 2 to the Nike SB P-Rod 3 occurred last with two initial colorway releases of the 3’s.

In 2010 Nike SB is set to release another Paul Rodriguez signature sneaker the Zoom P-Rod 2.5. The 2.5’s have a very traditional look and rest on a vulcanized gum sole. The kicks are expected to release in summer 2010 in the burgundy and university blue colorway. Word has it that the sneakers will retail for $75.

We have seen a bunch of Nike Sportswear releases with splatter and speckled designs elements as part of the fall 2009 season. Nike SB has taken the idea and ran with it on this upcoming Blazer SB.

The kicks feature a white, cream and grey colorway with red accents on the heel, inner-liner and splattered on the side panel. The splatter effect is said to be inspired by blood splattered from the victims of Count Dracula (an apt holiday visual).

With Nike SB Omar Salazar Pro Model getting its initial release in March 2010, the wait is long. To wet your appetite for the sneaker we have a video of Salazar introducing the sneaker along with designer James Arizumi.

The kicks in terms of design take inspiration rockets and space travel. The kicks are the first sneaker to feature Flywire technology, which can be seen on the heel. Flywire not only reduces the weight of the kicks but also increases their heel lock, to keep your foot secure.

The kicks also have a number of nice details like removable cushioning on the tongue and pull tab on the heel.

Here is a full look at the Nike SB September 2009 sneaker collection. The collection features the Nike SB Zoom Air Paul Rodriguez III “Sport Red”, the third colorway of the sneaker.

The first Nike SB boat shoe is back with return of the Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski in a red earth and white colorway with black detailing. The Nike SB Dunk Low Premium “Asparagus” is also part of the collection, which features multiple textured materials and mixed array of colors.

Also in the mix are the Nike SB Blazer Premium in “dark charcoal / orange”, Nike SB Zoom Air Harbor “Midnight Navy”, Nike SB Zoom Air Veloce, and the Nike SB Dunk High Pro in a sport red, black, and metallic platinum colorway.

Nike SB Blazer Elite “Sub Pop” | Quickstrike Release

We first gave you a look at the Nike SB Blazer Elite “Sub Pop”, in June. Now we have word that the sneaker has begun its release as a quickstrike. The kicks are a nod to Seattle based rock label Sub Pop, which pioneered the 1990’s grunge sound.

The shoe is constructed in yellow leather with grey accents on the side panel and back. The toebox is made of black suede.

Sub Pop Records Logo is featured on the tongue as well as on the back. The star symbol on the ankle is stitched in black.

They are available at RMKstore in Japan, no word when they release outside of the region.

Nike SB Dunk Low x Eric Koston

Pro Skater Eric Koston just signed with Nike SB earlier this summer. No word on a signature sneaker for Koston at the moment but images have surfaced of a Nike SB Dunk Low colorway created for Koston. The kicks come ir blue suede with red and gold accents.

The sneakers were seen at the Skatepark of Tampa along with some other Nike SB sneakers. Check out the other sneakers after the jump. We will keep you posted when they release.

With August still in full swing we take a look at some sneakers from the upcoming Nike SB September 2009 collection. In the mix is a pair of the Nike SB Veloce in a black, blue and silver colorway.

Also in the mix is a pair of Nike SB Dunk Highs in a black suede and red perforated leather. Stefan Janoski’s signature sneaker the Nike SB Stefan Janoski is making a return next month coming in a rusty shade of red. Finally we have a look at the Nike SB Blazer in a grey and orang colorway. All of the sneakers seen here are now available for pre-order at CSS.

Nike SB Dunk High “Kablam” | Spring 2010

We have reported you about the Nike SB Dunk release plans for 2010.
Today we want to shed some light on one of the already bespoken sneakers and its inspiration: The Nike SB Dunk High “Kablam”.

It is a sneaker inspired by the Nickelodeon cartoon “Kablam” coming in a blue upper with black toebox and side panel. The “Kablam” explosion logo is featured on the side panel surrounding the red swoosh. Red laces match the red sock liner and adds a nice contrasting pop to the kicks.

Look out for them in spring 2010 at Nike SB accounts.

Nike SB Dunk High Premium “Bloody Gums”

As part of the Nike SB fall 2009 collection, the Nike SB Dunk High Premium “Bloody Gums” are set to release.

The kicks come in a suede construction in a white, red and blue colorway. The white represents teeth, the red represents blood and the blue represents toothpaste. The translucent outsole apparently features some funky graphics, which show mouths in need of dental care.

Got Some Pocket Change? Nike Dunk Hi SB FLOM @ FCNY

“Got some pocket change you wanna spend?” In the following case, the term pocket change has to be defined somewhat differently than what common people like me think it is. Only exception would be if Diddy asked Jay-Z that exact question.

Why? Well, just because of the fact that at FlightClubNY one of the very rare Nike Dunk High Pro SB FLOM “Money Currency’s” popped up. Only 24 pairs of this special shoe were made in 2004 that never made it to “regular retailers”. Because of that exclusiveness the shoe will change owners for the “pocket change” amount of $ 9500. That explains the title FLOM = For Love Or Money.

We’re excited to see how long it will take until they’re sold.
And by the way – if you’re thinking of buying these via internet: make sure you got enuogh dime for double boxing!

Nike SB August 2009 Sneaker Collection

With July almost over the Nike SB August 2009 collection has begun hitting sneaker shops. We recently gave you a glimpse of the Nike SB Dunk Low “Ron Burgundy” and the Nike SB Dunk Mid “Green Bay Packers” that are part of the collection. Also included in the mix are a Nike SB Bruin in a military blue in red accents and a Nike SB Zoom Classic in a midnight fog and fluro green colorway.

The biggest release of the month is the Nike SB Zoom Paul Rodriguez 3, which is set to release on the 8th of August 2009 for $85. The initial release of the sneakers comes in white / black with red accents and the second in a black colorway with red accents and a safari print on the toe and heel.

Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy is a typical Will Ferrell comedy, either you love it or hate. I personally love it and so does Nike SB, which is apparent from an upcoming release of a Nike SB Dunk Low. The kicks upper is constructed in team red suede, which is a reference to the suite worn by Ron Burgundy. The sneaker also features metallic gold accents and a design on the tongue and heel that is a reference to Burgundy’s tie.

The sneakers are now available at Japanese based LTD. Expect these to release next month as part of the Nike SB August 2009 sneaker collection.

Here is a look at the Nike SB Paul Rodriguez III commercial. The commercial features P-Rod skating through the streets of Los Angeles. With Los Angeles as the background the music is the fitting, featuring the early 90’s anthem by Ice Cube “Today Was a Good”.

The cameo by Ice Cube is classic, and will leave you wishing it was ‘93, when he made classic records, that still can’t be touched.

Nike SB Dunk Low “Jason Voorhees” | Sample

In 2007, Nike SB released a collection sneaker taking inspiration from 1980’s slasher flicks known as the Horror Pack. Included in the pack was the Nike SB Dunk Low “Freddy Krueger”, which never officially released.

In addition to the Freddy Krueger Dunks, the Nike SB Dunk High “Jason Voorhees” was also part of Horror Pack. The kicks of course take their inspiration from the hockey masked machete wielding killer from the Friday the 13th film franchise. Unlike the Freddy Krueger SB Dunks, The Jason Voorhees SB Dunk Highs actually did release.

Today we have a look at the Nike SB Dunk Low “Jason Voorhees”, which apparently is a precursor to the High version, as it was produced in 2006. The kicks are a sample of which 24 were produced. The kicks come in a white, black and rusty blood colorway.

One pair of the these ultra limited SB Dunks have surfaced at Mental Kicks, which has them available for $2,000.
