The special occasion is the BBK BBQ taking place in Bangkok Thailand within the near future where the shoe will be showcased. The design of the sneaker was created to reflect the local environment of Thailand.

Here are a set of Nike Air Force 1’s created at the 1love Nike iD studio in Tokyo. SBTG of Royalefam designed the Nike Air Force 1 low in the black Nubuck, while Methamphibian created the white patent / black midsole pair of forces. Also check out the black / black gum bottom Dunk Hi.

This pair of Nike Air Max 1s was created to celebrate the 2007 Major League Baseball All-Star Game. The sneaker was originally released at the Nike Town SF Corporate Party, with only 150 pairs available. However all the kicks did not sell so these will be available to the outside public too.

The celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Nike Air Force 1 is still rolling ahead with a Nike ID version of the sneaker designed by Octavia Overmuller. The Brooklyn based designer of Say it Loud!, created the sneaker as an homage to the achievements of the African American community. You can pick up the limited edition sneaker at this Saturday the 23rd of June 2007, at 255 Elizabeth for $150 retail. A portion of the profits will benefit the Say it Loud! Organization, which seeks to promote art and design.

Hip Hop artist Bun B recently made a trip to the Nike iD VIP suite in Las Vegas to create some Air Force Ones. In creating the sneaker he specifically wanted to create some light colored some sneakers. Unfortunately these will not be released.
