New York based design company DDC Lab recently created a pair of New Balance 1400. DDC Labs has now created a pair of New Balance 455 in a leather and nylon build colored in a mix of brown, turquoise and red. You can find the classic runner now in Cologne at TGWO.
Earlier this week we posted a detailed pictorial preview of the New Balance 670 x Norse Projects. Today the sneakers have released and are available at a number of select sneaker shops across Europe including Paris based Starcow.
While we are still waiting for the release of the New Balance collaboration with Sneakers N’ Stuff, this week another New Balance collaboration is set to release.
Copenhagen based sneaker shop Norse Projects has styled their very pair of New Balance 670’s. The kicks were constructed in England in a suede and mesh upper colored in navy and teal color combo with hints of grey.
The New Balance 670 x Norse Projects will be available on the 23rd of October. Stockholm based SNS will have them in stock for 115 euros.
1989 is a date marked in history, the year saw the release of 3 Feet High and Rising by De La Soul, the release of the Reebok Pump and Nike Air Max Light.
The three releases, are bound with the time, however the most important event of the year is the fall of the Berlin Wall, which literally changed the world.
Berlin based sneaker shop Overkill has teamed up New Balance to mark the 20th anniversary of the event.
Overkill chose to give the New Balance 577 three looks that have a classic look and feel. Each sneaker comes in white and grey with one in red, black and blue.
The insoles are where the story is told with photography showing moments from the Berlin Wall’s history.
Apparently the New Balance 577 SMU x Overkill “Berlin Wall” Pack will release on the 16th of December at Overkill. We will keep you posted.
Vintage to 1988, the New Balance 574 has become a staple of the New Balance lifestyle collection. The kicks are gearing up to release later in the year in this black and white colorway.
The upper is constructed in a textured black premium leather upper with perforated leather on the collar and toe-box. White elements are limited to the midsole and tongue label. Look for the New Balance 574 Lux to release for $110 this holiday season.

Last week we posted that the New Balance 1500 released in white, grey, and white colorway. The 1500 is also available in lighter color combo with a white base with beige accents and detailing in a leather and suede build. The kicks are now available in limited numbers at Hanon for £69.95.
