Here is the latest Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star release from the AC/DC pack. On the heel of the kicks it reads "Back in Black", which is the title of the 7th studio album from the Australian rock band. True to their name the kicks almost entirely in black except for the lettering, which is white. You can find them in Paris at Colette for 75 euros.
As part of their August 2009 collection Converse Japan has released two Chuck Taylor All Star Highs styled in tartan. One of the Chucks comes in red wool tartan with brown leather detailing. The other pair comes in dark green wool tartan with black tartan. Both sneakers are available in Japan for about $106.
We recently saw the release of the Converse Chuck Taylor x AC/DC last month. The Australian Rock legends are continuing their work with Converse with two new "Chucks" and a pair of Converse Star Player 75.

Following up on their Converse "Poorman's Weapon" collaborative release Los Angeles based sneaker shop UNDFTD will again release a collaborative sneaker with Converse. Here we have a look at a teaser image of the sneaker, that will release as part of the Converse summer 2010 collection.

San Francisco based sneaker shop Huf has made an entry to the Converse (PRODUCT) Red collection. Unlike many of the previous Product Red sneakers contributed by artist and celebrities, Huf has chosen the Skidgrip in place of the Chuck Taylor. The kicks are constructed in black canvas with an all-over H print and super minimal red accents. At this point there is no release date associated withe the kicks. We will keep you posted.

Dutch artist Parra touch has made it on to three sneaker brands this summer. The Vans x Parra collection is now available at select shops while the Nike Air Maxim 1 x Parra will release latter on in the year. The third in the mix is a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor High, the kicks are known as "Simply the Wurst". The kicks are ultra limited with a mere 100 pairs produced and ultra exclusive as they are a gift to attendees of BBQ in Berlin tomorrow.
The Converse Chuck Taylor is a finely aged classic with aspirations of staying fresh. This can be seen with the addition of straps, which are nothing new for kicks are the hot design theme at the moment.
This updated classic is part of the Converse fall/winter 2009 collection.
