Last month we mentioned that the Air Jordan 1 Phat Low was set to release in October in an Atlanta Hawks colorway, just like the Jordan 60+, and Air Jordan 1 Phat Premier.
The kicks are built in a black leather base, gold contrast stitching, red chenille Swoosh, and a red outsole. You can find the sneakers now in Stockholm at Caliroots.
Last week we got our first look at the Air Jordan 1 “Leroy Smith”, based after the fictional character who took Michael Jordan’s spot on his high school varsity basketball team.
The colorway will not be confused with minimalist sneakers that recently become a growing trend. By combining purple strips on a purple side panel with a gold heel which extends to the top eyelets the sneakers already force the eye to look. The look is further developed with red on the collar and toe-box and black with gold stitching from the midsole to the eyelets.
The kicks are full of details and different materials, and are Leroy Smith branded on the tongue. Whether you rock these are not, its clear the kicks are unique and memorable. The kicks are now available online at city sole, with a wider release expected at the end of the month.
Frequent Nike collaborator DJ Clark Kent has hooked up with Jordan Brand on the label’s favorite hybrid, the Jordan Spizike. Clark Kent chose nubuck and leather to create the sneaker. The Jordan Spizike x DJ Clark Kent comes in an upper in layers of black, white and red. The black elements of the kicks are accented with red and blue on the heel tab, tongue and inner lining.
The kicks are expected to release as part of the Air Jordan Spring 2010 sneaker collection.

This year Jordan Brand has focused a lot of attention on its fusion projects, which blend the Air Force 1 and select models from the Air Jordan retro catalog. Jordan Brand has expanded the fusion vision mixing the Air Jordan 1 High and elements from the Air Jordan XX3.
The Air Jordan 1 x Air Jordan XX3 comes in a mix of materials from nubuck to patent leather and textiles. In terms of colors the kicks come in a black base with varsity red contrast stitching on the Swoosh and midsole. The kicks feature design on the heel and side panel that is a direct reference to the Air Jordan XX3.
The sneakers are due to release in 2010 and will be available online at osneaker.
As next year marks the 25th anniversary of the Air Jordan line, we have an expectation for next year’s Air Jordan releases.
Though there are still plenty of secrets still to be uncovered for next year’s Jordan Brand collection, we now have a look at the Air Jordan 2010 aka Air Jordan XXV.

We first got a look at the Air Jordan 6 in a black, grey, red and black colorway, early last month. The kicks upper is composed of black suede and patent leather with hints of grey and blue on the heel tab and tongue. The sneaker’s midsole comes in a mix of white, grey, blue, red and translucent elements. We will keep you posted when the Air Jordan 6 Retro release next year in this colorway.

Here are some new images of the Air Jordan 6 in a white and varsity red colorway. Unfortunately the kicks feature varsity red accents and not infrared as we previously reported. Expect these to release in limited numbers in 2010, and apparently only in the States. We will keep you posted about a release date and availability when the information becomes available.
