As we have previously posted, Jordan Brand is set to release a three pack of kicks to mark Michael Jordan’s entry into the Basketball Hall of Fame.
Included in the pack are an Air Jordan 1 High, Jordan 6 Rings and Air Jordan 2009. Each sneaker comes in a black colorway with varsity red and metallic gold accents with a numerical pattern in white showcasing some important numbers associated with Jordan’s career.
The kicks will hit sneaker shops on the 5th of September.
Here is a look at the Air Jordan 1 Retro High’s that will release over the next three months. The jewel of collection comes in a mix of black and shadow grey, releasing in September. The Air Jordan 1 is also seen here in black / anthracite colorway in Ostrich materials, which will release in August.
Two Air Jordan 1 High Straps will releasing in the coming months. One of the colorways comes in a Lakers colors in grand purple, varsity maize and white. The other colorway comes in a white, ginger and madeira colorway with selective use of elephant print, which has also seen on the Air Jordan 1 Phat Low “British Tan”.
This month the Air Jordan 1 Retro High “Do the Right Thing” pack will release on the 11th of July. The kicks feature metallic accents with one in sea green and the other in varsity red. A third Air Jordan 1 High will release in a similar style to the DTRT pack but in a grand purple colorway.
Lastly the Air Jordan 1 Retro High “Hall of Fame” will release in a black, white, varsity red and metallic gold colorway. The kicks will release 5th of September 2009 along with the Air Jordan 2009, and the Jordan Six Rings to marks Jordan’s entry into the Basketball Hall of Fame.
In addition to the Air Jordan Retro DMP packs that are marking the games in which Michael Jordan scored over sixty points in a single game, an Air Jordan Hybrid is in the mix.
Jordan Brand borrowed from the design of the Air Jordan 1, II, V, and VII to create the Jordan Sixty Plus. On the 15th of August the Jordan 60+ will release in a black, varsity red and white colorway.
Then on the 19th of September the Jordan 60+ “Laney” inspired by Michael Jordan’s High School alma mater will release in a white, varsity royal and del sol colorway.
We have spotted other colorways of the Jordan 60+, we will keep you posted when they release.
The kicks will cost you $150.
Today Jordan Brand gave official word on its planned Air Jordan 4 Fusion collection for this summer 2010. As many of you know the Air Jordan Fusion 4 in a white, varsity red and black colorway just became available.
Three other colorways were announced today, all inspired by classic Air Jordan IV color combos.
August is the big month for their release with the off-white / military Blue / neutral grey pair releasing on the 1st, the white / cement grey / black / varsity red releasing on the 8th and the black / varsity red / stealth releasing on the 29th.
Other colorways of the Air Jordan IV Fusion have surfaced that are not part of the collection we see today. We will keep you posted on their availability when the information becomes available.
With the release of Air Jordan 1 Retro 60+ Pack looming, we have a look at the following 60+ pack.
In a regular mid-season game between the Chicago Bulls and the Orlando Magic, Michael Jordan flexed his game and put up 64 points. During the game, Jordan wore the Air Jordan VII.
The scoring feat is now being honored with a pack of two Air Jordan 7’s. One of the kicks comes in a colorway inspired by the Orlando Magic with a cracked pattern on the blue highlights of the midsoles. The other pair comes in a black, varsity red, and blue colorway.
The package is set to release on the 22nd of August for $310.
The initial release of the Jordan Campus Chukka dropped earlier this month, with only 200 pairs distributed globally. If you were left empty handed the Jordan Campus Chukka will again release in August 2009. The kicks are premium in leather from midsole to the upper in a sail, olive and khaki colorway.
