adidas TS Commander LT PE Garnett “Boston Celtics”

Kevin Garnett is back from injury this year and ready to take the helm of the Boston Celtics. KG will be rocking the adidas TS Commander LT Garnett while on the court in this Boston Celtics colorway.
The sneakers feature a green midsole adorned with three leaf clovers with KG’s number 5 in the center. The heel and toe are constructed in green suede while the white leather is perforated.
Look for the sneakers to hit shops in November at shops such as the House of Hoops.

Too bad these are only available in womens sizes.
The Adidas Stan Smith Trefoil Mid Womens sneaker was already released in white, purple and metallic gold. Now it is released in light grey suede, black patent leather and electric blue synthetics.
With the Velcro Strap on the ankle Adidas managed to make this a minimalist but still nice to watch sneaker.

Redman x Adidas Superstar II

What is the result when you pair two classics? Right! Most likely another classic.
Adidas took the chance to design a sneaker for rap legend Redman. That for they have chosen the classic Superstar II model as base to build up from.
The sneakers upper is constructed in red suede – what else did you expect? With the white toecap and sole Adidas added just enough contrast that catches the eye. Speaking of the sole: The Outsole features red splatter in tribute to the iconic “Whut?” LP from Redman.
At the back “Funk Doc” is stitched below the Adidas Logo and “Redman” is featured at the midsole.
The obligatory three stripes are held in black. To round up this collaboration Redman is also printed on the tongue in silver and black.

adidas Y-3 Hayworth Mid II x Momo

Here is a look at the latest footwear collection from adidas and Yohji Yamamoto. Added to the creative mix is New York artist Momo who chose the color options for the sneakers. The kicks are set to drop on the 1st of October with only 350 pairs each colorway available globally.

adidas Rod Laver Consortium Series | Drop 2

The first round of the adidas Rod Laver Consortium collection released last month with the participation of UNDFTD, LimitEDitions, VA, and DQM.
A second round of the adidas Rod Laver Consortium collection is now gearing to release later on this month. This time Shanghai based ACU, Hong Kong based, Canadian based Good Foot, Berlin based Solebox, and Copenhagen based Wood Wood too part in the design process.
ACU
Shanghai shop ACU’s entry to the collection, material wise is dominated by brown pony skin on the side panel and heel. The upper heel and lacestay are constructed in grey leather and the top two eyelets are gold platted. The heel patches on the kicks read Dusk and Dawn from left to right. On the heel it reads CLOT, the parent brand to ACU.
D-Mop
D-Mop’s entry comes in a metallic silver colorway on all sections of the sneakers with a white inner-lining and sole. In terms of material the kicks are constructed in leather and the sole tab reads D-Mop.
Goodfoot
Canadian sneaker shop Goodfoot comes in grey, with a dark grey wool and grey leather construction. The heel tab reads GDFT, the top eyelet is metal and the outsole is gum.
Solebox
Solebox has taken inspiration from hiking boots to construct their constribution the the pack. The sneakers have a classic look in dark sand suede dominated upper and feature a D-ring top eyelet. The inner lining and mesh tongue are colored in burgundy. The heel comes in silver with a reflective 3M coating. The heel tab reads Sole Lover.
Wood Wood
Wood Wood’s entry comes in a navy canvas construction with a nubuck lining. The heel tab features a “butterfly” logo and the sockliner features a collection of little logos giving the sneaker a unique feel.
All of the sneakers pictured will release on the 19th of September select sneaker shops with adidas Consortium accounts.
