Nike “G.I. Joe” Pack

The 1980’s were a golden age for cartoons, with cartoons such as Transformers, GI Joe, Thundercats, and He-Man. With all this great content on TV back there was little reason to look away from your television. It is of little surprise that Nike first chose to turn the Transformers into a sneaker with all the Movie buzz around the series. But a G.I. Joe pack is a pleasant surprise.
The pack includes three sneakers based on three branches of military operations land sea and air. The sneaker which represents naval operations is a Vandal High which features a translucent midsole and laser etched waves on the back of the heel. The Nike Assault low represents land combat with its reflective camo. The Nike Air Trainer SC “Bo Jackson” takes on an aerial combat theme.
